Is this the same as carpet steam cleaning?
Yes. What most people call steam cleaning is hot-water extraction: hot water and cleaning solution are rinsed through the carpet and pulled back out with strong suction. That is the method we use for most carpet.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually several hours, depending on the carpet, ventilation and humidity. Opening windows or running the air conditioning helps. We’ll give you an idea when we finish.
Do I need to move furniture?
Small items and anything fragile, yes, please. We can work around larger furniture; tell us when you book if you want something moved.
Can you get out pet stains?
Fresh pet accidents often come out well. Old urine that has reached the pad may improve but not disappear. We’ll be honest about what to expect.
Do you clean office carpet?
Yes, including hallways and common areas. See commercial cleaning.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of rooms, stairs and the condition of the carpet. Estimates are free and the price is confirmed before any work begins.
